Unfortunately The hotel cheated me. They took money for the room, but there were no rooms in the hotel. They didn't return the money and they didn't accommodate me.

Really enjoyed the exceptional management and the very welcoming attitude of all staff (especially Alexandra, Tom & Leonid). The occasion was a new year's trip of the whole family to visit my son. So this was our first trip to Israel for us but for sure not the last time we will stay in this hotel.
