the staff were just amazing. didn't catch any names but in particular the day staff on reception the 23rd/ 24th a man and woman and the 2 ladies serving breakfast on the morning of the 24th. they were so good with our toddler and she really warmed to them

Room was comfortable and very clean. Check in process was quick and without issue. We had an Ocean view from our room on the main floor, but rooms on the 2nd floor would have a much better view of the Ocean. That being said, you can simply walk outside of the hotel and the Ocean is literally right in front of you! Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Home made bread, yogurt, option to have a full Irish breakfast as well (don't skip this option).

Appartment is more than well equipped. There is simply everything you could think of. Perfect contact to the host. Location combined with the unforgettable view from window is more than outstanding! Located in a 20 minutes walk distance from the train station. There are cosy pubs, restaurants, cafes just behind the building.

The Marine Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach and has rooms with views over Dublin Bay.

It’s also conveniently close to a train station, making it easy to get around. Deirdre was a gracious and thoughtful host, welcoming us with wine, chocolates, tea, and coffee — such a lovely gesture that made us feel right at home. Overall, this is a fantastic apartment in a great location if you're planning to stay in the south of Dublin. Highly recommended!
