I reserved the room via Booking.com, but the website did not show clearly enough that I had to inform the host about my arrival time to pick up the key card. This requirement should have been stated very very clearly.

Stayed over for a concert at BCIS it's very near to the venue and to the Ancol beach area. The place itself is perfect for a staycation if you want to chill and get away from the busy city.
