This was easily one of the most hospitable stays we have ever had. The owners were so kind and treated us like family. Nik made us breakfast in the morning, we weren't given a menu, the food just showed up and it was delicious!! Everyone in this area was so nice and wonderful to my 16-month-old son. The room we stayed in was clean and functional. The beach was awesome, we were the only people there. Some rocks but 99% sand. When we were heading out he gave me his card and told me to make sure I emailed him if we had any problems or questions about the island. I cannot express how great the customer service was.

It’s the perfect house to enjoy the calmness and beauty of southern Crete! If you are looking for a place far away from all the tourists, this is it! It’s very modern, totally clean, new appliances, fully equipped kitchen. It’s perfect for a couple or really close friends (since it’s not a big house). The host is very supportive and answers all questions, gives recommendations and try to fulfill all your needs. The little presents you receive arriving there are also a big plus and more then we ever experienced at this price range! Of course the main reason to stay here is the almost „private“ beach, right behind the house. There is nothing more beautiful than to wake up to the sound of the sea, and seeing it first thing in the morning! Would definitely recommend for everyone just looking to relax and enjoy the Greek sun and sea!

Manos and family were great hosts and very accomodating. After asking for some additional kitchenware, they were happy to oblige. Room was tidy and clean, bathroom was recently renovated. There’s a bar downstairs where you can lounge in shade and order something to drink or snack - we usually ordered dakos and cappucino, both were great. Through the week, trucks with produce come around - cheese, fruits etc. - ask Manos which day each truck comes. There’s parking in front, beach is close by. Make sure to stock on supplies beforehand, this small town doesn’t have normal grocery stores - you’ll be overpaying for everything. Getting here by your own car is a must, so you are able to go on trips. Everything else is accesible on foot - there are some nice beaches and good restaurants in Tsoutsouros.

Spiros and his wife are the best hosts we meet in Creta, very open and friendly people. Everything was possible, nothing a problem. My wife, I and our 2 young kids rent the villa for 6 nights. I recommend this accommodation if you are looking for: - Seaview and direct access to beach (need a climb). - Quite and private place. Located in South Creta. If you like crowdy places don’t go. - Also perfect for children, sandy beach. Beach in South can be wild, but there is a lagunes direct to the left with calm water. - Clean and fully equipped house. - You need a car and must be willing to drive some time to visit archaeological sites etc. - Enough nearby restaurants, but car is again recommended. Good value for money
