I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The sea view from my room was stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. The service was top-notch, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious . Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was an good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

The accommodation has a perfect location, is very clean and has lots of space. We felt very comfortable! For the others: you should stay in Ahmeds house :)

Apartment was very nice and clean, Ahmed was also very welcoming and showed us around the area. I even booked the wrong dates accidentally and he allowed us to change them free of charge!

It was a flawless holiday. All of the staff members were so helpful and welcoming. The pools, rooms, and restaurants were neat. The animation team is really entertaining. My daughter did love the place because of the varied activities which she had there. I would like to thank the reception agent who did the check-in for us as helped us yo finish everything in a short time. I would like to thank Mr. Mahmoud, and Ms. Ahlam in the Guest Relation Department for their help. I would also like to thank a guy called Islam who works by the Aquapark as he was doing a great effort all the time to provide all guests including me and my family with chaise longs . I would also like to thank the Chef of the Arabian restaurant for the delicious food and his manager. I enjoyed every second of my stay there and I will definitely repeat it. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Hany Gamal Eldin, the Area Manager, who welcomed us with a very sweet and kind letter.
