Beach Hotels in Marsa Alam City

Very good hotel on the beach. It is part of a big complex, the length of the beach walk is around 1km. Most part of the beach is with rocks, but there is also sandy beach which is good for kids near the big restaurant ( Soprano ). There is also a pier to the deep water, but it was mostly closed beacuse the wind. Beacuse of the big area there is a bus line between the reception and the big restaurant in every 20 minutes and sometimes a little sightseeing train also takes guests around the hotel. We had 3 reservations for different type of rooms and asked to be close to each other, they were able to give us rooms close to each other in higher standard rooms and we got those better rooms without additional charge. Late checkout also was not a problem. The staff is very polite and everybody speaks English. I liked that the staff starts to speak to us in English not in Russian. Also a good thing that it is enough to tell to the agents ( massage, trips etc ) 'no thanks' once. There are enough bars, we did not had to wait for the drinks. In some of the bars there is a drink list with some basic cocktails ( pina colada, mojito, long island etc ) included in the All incl plan, we have tried some and they were unexpectedly good. There are about 20 pools, some of them is heated, the water of the slides is already heated. There is a free usable wifi in the entire hotel. Very good for families with kids ( suitable beach, slides, 4 person bicycles, ice cream at snacks restaurant etc ). The food was good, there is enough selection.

Amazing experience!!! Friendly and helpful, exceptional service - they will help with any request. You feel like a very wanted guest. Food is 10/10 each time, great variety of options. Everything in the hotel is brand new and shining. Beach is super clean and nice. Peaceful, quiet place, nice tennis courts, great cocktails. Feels like the best place in Egypt! Huge recommendation, choose this option and you definitely will be happy!

Expérience en famille – Test d’hôtel Our arrival at the hotel immediately set the tone: a quick, professional check-in with a warm welcome. A small but much-appreciated gesture: a welcome drink served with a delicate macaron that delighted the whole family. The staff kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast while our rooms were being prepared — a smooth early check-in that allowed us to start our stay on the right foot. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The selection isn’t enormous, but it’s intentional: every product is fresh, high-quality, well presented, and frequently replenished. At a time when people value quality over quantity, this was exactly what we were looking for. Then, a wonderful surprise: we were upgraded to a swim-up room. Sheer joy on little Henri’s face (and on ours too, to be honest!). The room lived up to the great first impression: spotless, well laid-out, clean, and welcoming. Another lovely detail: the gentleman in charge of housekeeping personally introduced himself and assured us we could reach out to him for anything we needed. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Of course, we couldn’t resist a dip in the private pool. Henri jumped right in, and that first moment together in the water was simply perfect. Later on, we walked down a few steps to discover a peaceful little bar beside the adults-only pool — a quiet haven to relax for a while. There, Khalid prepared delicious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). He even made a special effort for Henri, which truly touched us. Thank you, Khalid! For lunch, we headed to the à la carte Basilico restaurant. The beginning felt a bit off: the ambiance was cooler than the rest of the hotel, and the order taking was a bit confused (dishes before drinks?). We briefly wondered if staff roles were properly coordinated. But quickly, the service picked up pace and warmth. The team stepped in with more flow and friendliness.

It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

The rooms are just lovely. The rooftop area was great with 360 degrees view. Meshial and his team were best host for us in Egypt. He went up and above making sure that we take safe roads on our way to Luxor. He provided us with important information. We will definitely come back.

It’s quiet, authentic, and soul-soothing—exactly what I needed after days at sea. The food is exceptional—flavourful, fresh, and served with a smile. Huge thanks to Abil, the wonderful restaurant manager, and his amazing team for going above and beyond every single day. Their warmth and attentiveness made every mealtime a pleasure. A heartfelt shoutout also to Chico, the incredibly kind and thoughtful pool staff member who truly looked after me like family. His gentle care and positive spirit made my stay even more special. And if you’re a diver—you’re in luck! There’s a fantastic dive shop right on-site, ready to help you explore the underwater wonders of the Red Sea. The entire team at Wadi Sabarh Lodge is just wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and full of heart. I genuinely couldn’t have imagined a better place to relax, recharge, and soak in the sun and peace. I’ll definitely be back in October after my next liveaboard—already counting the days!

Can definitely recommend Reef House for those who need a place to stay that is in good shape, clean, not overly expensive, and with good staff. We stayed only one night while traveling, but enjoyed our stay. Will return when in marsa alam again.

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.
