Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. Lovely hotel with amazing views and clean rooms. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. Nice communal kitchen with a good coffee machine, water and fruit.

I absolutely LOVED this hostel. It's just a beautiful as the photos show. The character of the heritage building is lovely. It oozes with the feeling of a secluded summer lodge, yet is close enough to interlaken to get to everything easily. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. They provided me gluten free buns for breakfast.
