everything! the staff was so kind, polite and professional! view from room was stunning. the parking is around 450 meters next to the hotel and 15€ costs per 1 day. dishes in restarant for dinner were amazing.

Best hotel in Lugano! Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view. Pool and lake fantastic. Nice staff. Great location close to funicular ride to Monte Bre, ferry to Gandria, Paradiso and other places by the Lugano Lake, the beautiful Parco Ciani and Lugano Centro with a lot of excellent restaurants, shopping and cafe's. You can easily walk. If you prefer to take the bus its for free (Ticino Pass from the hotel) and taxi is not expensive in my opinion.

It's our second time at this apartment and we just adore it: Astonishing view... (we have had the balcony unit) Super comfy, perfectly clean and fully equiped kitchen... fells like arriving home. Really nice to be able to return and find it all perfect again! Hope we may return soon :)

Wonderful location with stunning views onto the lake from the 2nd floor restaurant and breakfast room. Great swimming pool. Friendly multilingual staff. Good breakfast. Efficient WiFi (once connected). Delicious supper, with unforgettable lake views as the sun went down. Good airco (necessary as it was 35°C when I arrived). Fascinating geographical setting 20 metres from the entry to the Italian enclave of Campione d' Italia.

The family-run Tresa Bay Hotel right on the banks of Lake Lugano is just 30 minutes by shuttle train away from the centre of Lugano.

We stayed at Teresa Bay Hotel on a long drive to the Italian coast from the UK. We arrived tired and weary and left refreshed. The view from our superior room over the lake was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and hot water was plentiful. We used the hotel parking for a small fee. The restaurant also overlooked the lake, so we had a couple of wonderful meals served by really friendly staff. The hotel is a really good base for exploring the area. I highly recommend it.
