We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Porta Ksamil. The staff went above and beyond to help organize a small birthday surprise for my friend, which made our trip even more special. The breakfast each morning was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back next summer.

Very nice accommodation, great hosts. We got there late in the evening, the owner offered to meet us from Saranda, and also took us to the market on the way. We lived in a well-renovated double studio room, quite spacious and everything was thought out, the kitchen has enough dishes for both cooking and consumption, there is a table and two chairs, we found salt and olive oil. Good repair, clean linen, many sockets, mosquito nets all around. Also, we were only two nights and asked to wash our clothes - no problems. Thank you for your hospitality and a pleasant stay!

It is a family hotel. Their approach was really praiseworthy, helpful in every situation. They gladly fulfilled our every request. Thank you very much! Our stay was so comfortable. The room was very nice, including breakfast, we were missing nothing really. The location is very near the center and like 10-15mins walk to the beach. We have appreciated that the villa is offering the sunbeds on the beach for the fair price, the spot is nice as well. I recommend this villa to everyone.

The next time we visit Ksamil we would most definitely stay here again! The property is family owned and driven and we all felt well taken care of. The property is a 2-minute walk to Pradise beach which is right beside Lori beach, our personal favorite beach 'cause of its finer sand, more shallow waters and cheaper sunbeds compared to other beaches. Our kids loved it! There are markets nearby, and a bigger market right in front of the beaches. Everywhere else we needed to go to are at walking distances. The owners are incredibly kind and accomodating. They also have a really cozy bar right at the entrance serving drinks. We ordered our daily morning coffees here. We stayed at the 2nd floor in a comfortable room with a kitchenette, private balcony, 2 single beds and 1 double bed for 7 nights. We needed to wash some clothes mid-stay so the landlady took care of it and would not take money for payment, plus she changed our sheets and towels too.

Great location, great staff. That is how you should run your family business. The hotel is partly renovated, so make sure that you booked a two top floors. We weren't aware about that, so ask to upgrade the room. There is a big difference, but just small extra. It might be the case, that when you read this review the whole hotel will be renovated already. So Please check this. But in general we where very happy with our choice, with the way how owners managed our wishes and how much attention we have had from them. That is what I like the most.
