I recently had the pleasure of staying at Daali Hotel & Apartment on two separate occasions, and I must say, both experiences were exceptional. From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping and the bar & restaurant, consistently went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Bek, Abishek, and Bishan deserve special mention for their exemplary service. Bek's efficiency and friendliness at the front desk made check-in and check-out a breeze. Abishek and Bishan provided delightful in-room dining experiences, with their recommendations enhancing our enjoyment of the delicious meals and beverages offered. The rooms at Daali Hotel & Apartment are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the overall ambiance contributed to a restful and pleasant stay. The hotel's facilities are amazing, with a well-maintained bar and restaurant added to the overall experience. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. In conclusion, my stays at Daali Hotel & Apartment were nothing short of perfect. The outstanding service provided by Bek, Abishek, Bishan, and the entire staff made me feel valued and well-cared for. This is a very large and very clean apartment. High-quality bed linens and comfortable mattresses are provided. Hot water is available 24/7 with good pressure. The owner is very kind and friendly, showed us around and helped us with our first grocery shopping. There's a mini-cafe in the lobby, and the staff delivers coffee directly to your apartment. The building is located in the heart of the historic Patan district. Durbar Square is a 3-minute walk away. It's important to note the feeling of safety in the building and the surrounding area. You can stroll around the area until late at night. There are numerous small grocery stores around. It was a pleasure to return to the apartment after exploring the city.

The apartment was cozy, clean and staff made us like home. All staff including Ganesh were friendly and helped us navigate grocery, nearby amenities. Thamel was also close by , so it was great location for exploring areas.

My stay at Mandhah heritage home was nothing short of exceptional. The property is beautiful even better than pictures, with everything that you would need and the location is a very, very short walk to Kathmandu durbar square. The host Shaili is very approachable, attentive and very warm and welcoming and you feel right at home! I'm so grateful for my time spent here and I look forward to returning. Thank you to Shaili and the cleaning staff also who always greeted me with a smile.
