This is an easy location to drive and experience nearby Chianti towns. Giada was the wonderful host and communicated readily anytime we needed anything via WhatsApp. She gave us a tour of the property with its garden and pool. The terrace to our apartment was spectacular! We enjoyed relaxing there and enjoying the views. The property was clean with nice A/c and Wi-Fi. The kitchen was well stocked and we went to the coop and bought some local items and actually cooked a home meal one evening so we could stay and enjoy the views. Surrounded by a large garden of olive groves and woods, Podere Vigliano dates back to the early 1800s. It now offers Tuscan style apartments, each with a private entrance, living room and fully equipped cooking facilities. We have been in Tuscany many times, and this location was the best stay ever: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean pool, well maintained surrounding olive garden. Every evening we found our grill already cleaned and ready to be used again. Best service ever! The owner was always available and helpful. We felt like home those two weeks.
