The Economou Mansion is situated on the seafront, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Spetses. This authentic, old mansion built in 1851, now offers elegant, ground-floor accommodation and friendly service in peaceful surroundings. A beautiful, relaxing, historic mansion, right by the sea with an easy walk to restaurants and shops. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was delicious! And the cat by the pool was super friendly.

Today's owner Mr. Apostolos bought the property in 1985, an abandoned mansion dating back to 1830 where, with much love and passion, he refurbished it according to the style and colors of the island and turned it into a small Paradise. We loved everything. Such friendliness from the staff and so welcoming. Right beside the sea, and tiny sweet beaches, lovely oasis of calm and yet close to everything. We will be back!

At the aparthotel, some units are allergy-free and soundproof. Beautiful suite, very nice outdoor area with the pool, which was also a jacuzzi. The room was super clean, the breakfast was super tasty with handmade products and amazing coffee, and the owners were so friendly that you felt like home. Location central yet far from noise, which allows for a relaxing vacation!

The hospitality at Port Vecchio Suites was just excellent. We were met at the dock by the owner Dimitris and he gave us great directions around the island during our stay. The hotel has a pool which I think is pretty unique compared to other places. Lastly Port Vecchio is located at the old harbor which is an easy 20 minute walk from the downtown area but has 2 restaurants and 4 bars there as well if you want to just hang there the whole time. There no shopping there but the location is great because it’s half way between the downtown and one of the good local beaches.
