Todo: desde el servicio de taquillas y duchas por si llegas antes de la hora del check in, hasta el sistema de check in/out, la decoración inmejorable (la habitación más bonita y original en la que he podido estar), el personal superagradable, la planta de comedor genial...todo genial. La única pena es que solo nos quedamos una noche, ¡pero volveré!

The location is perfect as it is extremely well connected with downtown without the crowd and the noise. There is a suburban station to arrive from the airport about 5 minutes away, a tram station right outside of the hotel which takes you in 15 minutes to the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, as they had already prepared the room before the checkin time, while we were also able to store our luggage on the final day in order to enjoy some more moments in the city before leaving. The room we booked was one of the nicest I have ever stayed -if not the nicest. On the 2nd floor (there are two elevators), the room was quite large with and modern with all the necessary amenities. Will definitely stay again, when I visit Vienna and also, will recommend to everyone.

Very good location right near train stations and metro just a few minutes of walk, also easy to get to the centre of Vienna, incredible apartment with everything necessary. Pleased with overly nice and pleasant staff. They even let me in earlier then 3pm, when asked for. There is also a simple shop near, and if you want something else, plenty other are near, not juts shops but also diners, fast food and other utilitary markets.
