Self-check-in apartment hotel, very good location, the room was comfortable. We visited before new year's eve, there was some noise from the bars across the street, but we had no problem falling asleep, just close the window and it's fine. Our room had an open kitchen with pots, utensils, oil, salt and basic cooking tools, and even has a dishwasher. But there was no ventilator so if you cook, the smoke will get in your clothes.

Everything! It is very comfortable and clean, super easy check in and check out with keyless access to the apartment and building (huge plus) where you dont have to worry about carrying or losing your key. The location is 10/10. The big windows and good view 10/10.

In general, this apartment is a great value for money (at least during early spring). It is located right in the heart of Reykjavik with a 50 meter walk to centre of everything. The place is bright, spacious, stylish and clean. If you need to communicate with the staff, they are easily available via Booking messages. While the cons-section below is a long text, I want to emphasize that we really loved this place and would happily come here again. The cons were not a big deal.
