Located in quite a busy residential area, we arrived early and the welcome couldn't have been better, the owner is from America and so enthusiastic. This is his project and while basic in many respects, and with no frills, it clean, tidy and excellent value for what we paid. The owner could not have been more welcoming, we were the only guests due to the season, and were given an apartment ourselves rather than a room in one, so we benefitted from well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The whole place could benefit from long-term investment and that may be the owner's aim, but the beauty of the place was its authenticity and cheap cost; his priority is welcoming guests with comfortable, good value accommodation. We were provided with beautiful local oil, honey & oregano and given lovely pastries were delivered next morning. Given what we paid, we couldn't have asked for more.

It’s the second time that I stay at this property and both times have been great! The room is very nice and modern and there is also a washing machine available (very nice touch), it is in a perfect location close to both the city center and the seaside, and last but not least the staff are extremely helpful ☺️

This property was newly renovated so in mint condition. Elegantly appointed and having laundry facilities is a bonus. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location excellent. So close to best part of Kalamata beach. Great association with beachside restaurant and bar Anasha. It’s all you need to have a fabulous holiday in Kalamata!
