Value for money, great location, 8-10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Not that this is a business hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room was bright and functional.

My favourite hotel during my stay in Japan so far. The room was clean and comfortable. We had good heating in the room. There was a really great onsen on the second floor which was free for guests staying >1 night. We ended up going to the onsen twice as it was so relaxing!

The onsen was so good. We spent most of our time outside but the onsen was a staple to recover from a tiring day. Location was great! The hotel is 2 stations away from dotonbori, and umeda. The room was small but functional.

Very nice hotel with a decent location to get around the city with ease. Very pleasant staff to help me and greeted me when I arrived. The room was good, clean and nice with extra ammidities. Breakfast was good, traditional Japanese with a little western to offer. Overall I enjoyed this hotel.

Staff were amazingly polite and helpful. I went to a different APA hotel and the lady on reception walked me to the correct hotel about a few minutes' walk away. The room was very comfortable and clean – I had everything I needed. I booked this hotel about 10 minutes before I arrived and check-in was seamless. Price was very good too.
