Only 3-4 mins away from the bus going to Venice. Peaceful and quiet. Free parking space. We traveled as a family and they offered two connecting rooms which was super convenient. The wi-fi which was an important part for us was fast and stable and was able to host our Zoom video conference call for 2 hours, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. Everything else was super nice surprise and bonus to the whole experience.
