Linh, the owner, is very friendly and helps with anything you need, including bus tickets to Laos, Laos Kip etc. She has a restaurant next door that she also cooks in with good food. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice views of the city. The location is convenient for buses and very walkable to amenities and sights in the city. Very good value for money!
