All dining is on the roof top terrace - dinners are delicious with lots of fresh seafood caught locally. All the usual breakfast foods available plus GREAT pancakes and local doughnuts! All staff absolutely super friendly and helpful. We were met by Luca who hosted us throughout our stay and we were warmly welcomed into the Emerald Bay family. Luca took us out on the boat (dhow) each day to the amazing pristine white sand banks and turquoise warm sea - totally magical and relaxing. Emerald Bay is truly a genuinely special place, out of the tourist hot spots and absolutely in tune with nature and the location. We loved our stay. Thank you to Luca and Raphael for creating the perfect finale to our East African adventure.

Pemba Paradise dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza en Makangale. Hay un restaurante de cocina africana y parking privado gratis. Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings and attentive staff. A lovely spot to watch the sunset with a happy hour cocktail in hand. The food was also excellent, with delicious fresh fish dishes. We also dived with Pemba dive centre who are on site and can very highly recommend them.

El The Aiyana Resort and Spa ofrece alojamiento en Verani y alberga un restaurante. El complejo tiene vistas al mar y alberga un bar y una piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año. Es el alojamiento perfecto. Al llegar te das cuenta que es un lugar especial, el servicio, el acceso, las vistas, la decoración. Seria el hotel que yo quisiera tener. Una zona de espacios comunes centrales abiertos: comedor, jardines, piscina, y en cada lado se extienden las diferentes villas todas a primera línea de mar con vistas. LA zona de la piscina es relajante e idilica. La zona de desayunos y comidas es un espacio único entre columnas de diseño y vistas al mar. Acceso fácil a la playa en pocos escalones. Las villas son las mejores en las que he estado en mucho tiempo, y suelo viajar a 15 países por año, así que si, visito muchos hoteles. son espaciosas, techos altos, decoración sublime, baños confortables y muy amplios, terrazas con encanto con vistas al mar. Es servicio es atento, amable y servicial. Hay que tomar un avioneta desde Zanzibar, hay varias al dia y es fácil comprar el billete en línea. Del Aeropuerto hay que tomar un transfer que gestiona el propio hotel. Es más de una hora en transfer ya que el hotel está en un extremo de la isla, pero merece la pena la avioneta y el transfer para desconectar del mundo en este hotel. Un lugar idílico al que volver. Si bien la wifi funciona bien en la zona del bar y a medias en otras zonas, como pasa en todas las islas remotas, merece la pena desconectar.
