I would especially like to mention Zarina, who was always ready to help and support me, as well as the wonderful massage therapists Nurgul and Desi — true professionals in their work. The atmosphere at the hotel is very warm and friendly, and the staff are always attentive, welcoming, and smiling. The animation programs were heartfelt and fun, creating a festive mood every day. The most beautiful property, best service, food, facilities, I could go on and on. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The property is in a secluded location but you won’t find yourself wanting to leave. We couldn’t fault it and will definitely be going back!

Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service.
