We arrived late at night with two children after delayed flights. The front desk worker was extremely kind, checked us in quickly and even upgraded our room to a suit so the kids got their own beds. Great room with an awesome view of the town and mountains! Breakfast had a large selection and was very good. We almost left without one of our bags but a staff member caught us as we were about to leave in a taxi. Excellent hotel and workers!

Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.
