Very nice resort, staff very friendly and amazing beach (Lio beach) right in front of the hotel!! It was like a dream for us! Lio beach is as beautiful as Nacpan beach and it has a plus because it is not so crowded… Thank you! Totally worth it.

We had the great pleasure of staying at Hotel Lakwa and can't say anything but that it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The staff helped us with everything from organising excursions to smoothly arranging mopeds for us to use to explore the area. It's really noticeable that they are passionate about providing their guests with the best possible service. The hotel itself is both newly opened and incredibly fresh - a truly top-notch place. The rooms are well-kept and modern, and the common areas give a lovely and inviting feel. We really appreciated the care that has been put into every detail, from the decor to the amenities. Bella Athena far exceeded our expectations. We had last minute booked (on an amazing last minute discount of 45% off!) and we were truly blown away by their thoughtful hospitality and lovely resort. It's located a 10 minute beach walk from town and the area is quiet and well lit. Upon arrival on a hot day we were instantly offered water and a seat. Scooter hiring and tour booking is available all through the resort. Our room had a huge kingsize bed, aircon, a big bathroom with the toilet and shower separated as well as a hairdryer. We stayed very comfortably for 12 days with no problems. Dinner is nice and drinks are chilled! Staff were outstanding... Thank you for your hospitality.

Very convenient location to go to the airport. The staff was very accommodating - they offered to open the kitchen earlier than usual in order to make us breakfast before we had to leave, which was amazing!

This is a beautiful new accommodation just a 5/10 min tuk tuk from the main hustle bustle of el nido, so ideal to escape the chaos of the main town. The accommodation itself is really beautiful and you couldn't get any better staff looking after you. The shower facilities are the best I've experienced in the Philippines. If I'm ever back in el nido this is the only place for me to stay

We loved the hotel. The place is beautiful, the facilities are incredible, but the best of all is the hotel service.
