I wish I would give a better score for the hotel as staff ass the overall environment worse it 100%. They are attentive and professional. The location is excellent all best hotels and shopping malls, nights clubs grocery stores and IMAX movie theatre is 5 minutes away. takes 20 minutes to to and from the Airport (CUN). It's a very safe area. AC is good.
