I stayed in a twin room, and it was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. There was a desk, a couple comfortable chairs and table, and a large bath and shower. The staff was helpful and friendly, and complementary sake is offered upon arrival in the lobby.

There were no toothbrushes, slippers or a series of other supplies when we checked in. There were also many problems with the check-in procedures. They gave me the wrong password, which caused us to stay at the door for two hours without getting the key. No one solved the problem for us.

The food was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. We also enjoyed the executive lounge, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We had so much fun and felt very well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and stunning views. Can't wait to return!

Very spacious rooms. Great for families with kids. Location was great. Easy access to train station and the mall across the street. There's also some shopping in the same building as the hotel.
