Multiple shuttles to and from airport per hour, staff friendly, approachable and very helpful and could not have done enough for you. Hotel has lots of amenities, a restaurant, roof bar, gardens, gift shop, coffee lounge, and even a conbini IN the hotel itself! Rooms also huge and the most comfortable beds we've slept in for the entire 3 weeks of our multi-city stay in Japan.

Beautiful view from the room window, big choice of delicious tea in the room. Several our luggage items been sent from another hotel was delayed, but the hotel staff fixed everything within 40 minutes. "Family Mart" grocery located in the lobby and has more choice of products than city branches.

Staff at checkin in were super helpful and explained everything really well. Loved that you get some free frozen meals (were really nice!) which was a lovely bonus. The hotel had everything you could need which was handy. Overall was a great stay if you’re looking for a place near the airport.
