Support getting in with the pin as I was tired and didn't see the lock or quite know. very prompt help the facilities were really good and the little extras amazing such as a great choice of teas and coffee and some nibbles taking food intolerances into account plus a face mask. i enjoyetd being near the airport and grateful for help with transport to it. The apratment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. We were only staying one night as catching a flight early the next morning. So convenient as only 5 min drive to the airport. Would also work for a longer stay as only 15 minute train into Rome.
