It was a marvellous stay at Umbir Resort by Odyssey Stays. From the many places to sit, chat over a meal, to the pool for a scenic dip, it’s a place where you could spend one whole day simply being in the resort not wanting to be out. A must visit staycation!

I travel every month to Shillong for business purpose and this time I stayed at Keeon with my family. I found it to be one of the most lovely, clean, homely atmosphere and above all an awesome hospitality by the host and her whole family whom we met during our stay. It felt like we have been knowing the family since long. I would undoubtedly prefer to stay during my future trips here. The location is also so serene and calm. I would rate 10/10 to Keeon Private Room Front.

The best part about MOCAHM is being an institute of culinary and hospitality management, they are very sincere about upholding the tenets of good management and making the customer experience smooth and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well ventilated. The food served in the in house restaurant scores high both on taste and health parameters. Everyone from the staff including reception, restaurant and cleaning are always ready to address customer needs with a smile.
A special kudos goes to Daris Syiemsad who took care of the entire process of checking in, room service, quick resolution of minor issues, billing and checking out with remarkable efficiency.
MOCAHM is a definite recommendation for short term accomodation in Shillong.

Fraudster. Phone numbers not working. No calls from Hotel also to check whether we are coming or not....Not recommended at all. They called few days back after booking asking for card details n payments. When after some time i called back on that no. It was saying number not in service...after that i called many times same response. Thank god i didn't paid anything.. booking.com site itself is a fraudster. Because when u call customer care they cast all card details incld cvv....when u call it again no. Not in service. This is sm kind of scam is gng on.
