We stayed at Caerio Urikosolo and absolutely loved it. The house is really beautiful and fulfilled all of our needs and wished. Its location with the surrounding mountains is also breathtaking. Maria, the owner of the house, is such a wonderful and welcoming host. She was always available if we had any questions and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you so much. We would definitely recommend staying at this house if you're thinking about visiting Bilbao. We will be back for sure:)

Nice and clean place very close to the Gugghenehim. The room is spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and the water of the shower hot and with good pressure. Very nice having some free coffee and tea available for the morning and a microwave and a fridge to store your food( in the common area). Good hours for check in snd check out. Quiet environment and nice staff. We will stay again for sure if we come back to Bilbso.

Location and Transport

Bilbao Airport is located 6 miles (9 kilometres) north of central Bilbao, in the municipality of Loiu, Biscay. The cheapest way to reach the airport is by public transport. The Bizkaibus (Line A3247 Bilbao-Airport) connects the airport with Bilbao Termibus (central bus station), stopping at Gran Vía 79, Plaza Moyua and Alameda Recalde 11. The service departs from Bilbao every 20 minutes from 05:20 to 22:00, and from the airport every 20 minutes from 06:20 to 0:00. A taxi will to the city centre should cost around EUR 25, with a journey time of 15 minutes.

    A great neighbourhood to experience authentic life in another country and culture. Weekends are festive in the area with lots of activity at the local bars and cafes. Not many tourists around though... more elderly population noticeable.
