En general el personal del restaurante, toallas, bares es increíble y ofrecen un excelente servicio. Nos dieron servicio de transporte hasta la habitación y destaco el buen servicio de mohamed mahfouz. Muy atento y cuidadoso con nuestro equipaje.

Siva Sharm Resort & SPA está en Sharm El Sheikh, a 3 min a pie de Playa de White Knight Bay, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow. I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. Just a 5-minute walk from Soho Square, this beachfront hotel features a lagoon-style infinity pool overlooking the Red Sea, a full-size soccer field in Sharm el-Sheikh. We were vegetarians and the staff made sure we were comfortable and prepared vegetarian cuisines for us. They also went out of the way to clarify which food contained meat or not. Also, preventing the staff from using vessels of meat for our cuisines. It was a great support !!
