Beautiful modern bungalow with wonderful views. Cosy furnishings. Favourable location to the airport, especially if you need the first flight in the morning. We even received very good directions with a video. Wallabies and other wild animals could be observed on the premises.

It was an incredible experience staying here. We were very fortunate to stay in such a wonderful accommodation with impressive views and proximity to nature with all the mod cons and comfort of a modern house. I saw about 20 wallaby’s behind the house in the bush when I had a short stroll and four wallaby’s right from the window. For $3 you can buy a bag of wallaby food. Two wallaby’s came up to the house and ended up eating the food out of our hands!. Yes there is a dirt track to the house and some steep bits but it’s worth the effort and probably suited to cars with bigger tires. We rented a Toyota Yaris Cross SUV which handled it well.

    We stayed because it is close to our family but the airport is only a short drive away. Close to smallish shopping area and pubs. Not too far from central Hobart but the value for money is outstanding

    Hotel is really close to the airport and they are within walking distance of a nice eatery Tasmania Gourmet Seafood which is a huge plus. Staff in hotel was extremely pleasant and acceded to our request for using of a room with full kitchen to cook our dinner.

    Stairs to cottage are dangerous and not compliant.

    Stairs to cottage are dangerous and not compliant. Some of the pots/cutlery/dishes were dirty. Views were stunning. While I appreciate the request to not walk in the vines, most places use pics of people having a drink surrounded by vines as a selling point. Would have loved the option to follow a procedure to decontaminate and enjoy the outdoors more. Spider webs on roof above bed freaked out the Mrs.

    It was great, big room big bathroom, not to keen on the butter and jam , that everyone used it, I do think it should be small satchels, with the way the cOVID-19 and the world is going I think everything should be pre-packed packed and sealed. So you know it safe to eat, The couple that i’m the place we’re very happy to assist in anyway and happy to help out in anyway lovely people, Great photos on the wall nice throw rugs, A very bright and welcoming room as you walk in, just double check that when the cleaning that they have done everything put everything for the next person to use as the owners.
