Our room was spacious and clean, my wife and I slept very well on the super comfortable bed. We appreciate the sizable closest space too. The staff were all kind and friendly, all of our requests were attended to diligently. The toilet sink had a problem though, water pooled up very fast. We didn't ask to have it looked at, but noticed immediately that it was rectified after housekeeping was done, so kudos to them..! The hotel is located amidst the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, with a popular club, O2 Space, directly opposite. They provide ear plugs to cope with the noise, but my wife and I didn't feel the need to use them throughout our 5 nights there. We were gifted with a box of Vietnamese instant coffee after checkout, which was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Hanoi..👍

We were hesitant at first to book a 4 star hotel. It was twice cheaper that the 5 star ones. But we only stayed for one day so we decided to git it a go and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The check in process was so nice. They sat us at the lobby greeted with fresh fruits while they processed our documents and the even upgraded 2 of our rooms for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
