Set in Luye, only a 10-minute drive from Luye Highland Area, Deer House boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. We had a very nice stay at Deer House during our 3 weeks bicycle travel through Taiwan. We were welcomed very warmly and offered to keep the bikes inside the house. We had a beautiful large room with a very nice, modern bathroom. There was a big restaurant area where we enjoyed fresh, healthy breakfast which was also included with the stay. There was also the option to use the washing machine and dryer, which we gladly took, after a few days of cycling. On top of everything the owners were very kind and explained us their work in Deer House and the local community in detail. Thank you very much for everything - we would love to come back one day!

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Cheng-Ping Hot Spring Inn is located in Beinan in the Taitung County Region, 1.4 km from Jhiben National Forest Recreation Area. Staff were extremely nice and helpful! The vibe of the hotel is very chill. There are some heart warming messages everywhere. The hot spring at the balcony was big that there was enough for two people to enjoy together, listening to the river sound. They also provided fresh milk from Taitung and homemade soy milk for breakfast. Amazing experience and will definitely come back if I visit Taitung again. ;)
