The location is one of the best in hammamet with beautiful and clear sea water. The hotel is very elegantly decorated using a nice mix of colors and art pieces. The staff were providing high attention in all locations: bar, restaurant and reception. Very caring personnel especially when you compare to nearby hotels where we had paid more for one night but definitely we didn’t get the service and kindness from the Sultan staff.

The perfect destination to spend with family , clean professional team thick all the expectations. The food was amazing both I would like to say a big thank you to the director spa team the chefs excellent also a big thank you to chef for lunch buffet very professional and listen to customer need attentive skills A massive thank you to 🌟Entidar 🌟 the receptionist she is just amazing making the checking very quick and smooth and identified our needs her nice approach exceeded all expectations also a big thank you to chaima her nice welcoming attention.

Medina Belisaire & Thalasso is situated just 200 metres from the private beach of Yasmine-Hammamet and near 2 golf courses. Free Wi-Fi access is available in public areas. Everything was perfect !! The staff was helpful, friendly and the breakfast was amazing, I’ve never seen such diverse breakfast, you can try a lot of local food options.
