Offering a garden and garden view, Penzion Mayer is set in Bled, 500 metres from Sports Hall Bled and 1.5 km from Bled Castle. Quite a cozy B&B located not far from all restaurants and bars in the city center, but in a quiet area. The hosts were extremely friendly and serviceminded, and I was able to check in multiple hours before normal check-in time. Large spacious rooms with a big bathroom that was cleaned every day, there was also a mini fridge and a safety deposit box Each morning, I was served a large breakfast with eggs the way I wanted it and a cheese and meat platter of different selections, and there were a lot of other options as well. I dont have any better way to describe it as a "home away from home"

Breakfast and dinner were very good and abundant. The pools were great. The staff were so helpful!

Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station. The view were amazing, the staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast really great and delicous. Absolutely recommend.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, Hotel Bohinj is situated 100 metres from Bohinj Lake. It offers rooms with mountain view and few rooms on the top floor with lake view. Everything was spectacular! The rooms are amazing, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is so diverse and full of options. Also, I can’t say this enough: everyone needs to try their dinner! It was absolutely the best food we had in all of our 2 week trip in Slovenia! They are aiming to get a Michelin star and I think they deserve one.

Situated at the entrance to the Brdo Estate, Hotel Brdo offers high-quality services and an attentive staff, catering especially to business people. We were family of 4 that really enjoyed our stay in the hotel! All the staff were very polite and gave us good tips on where to eat, where to shop, what to visit etc. We felt very welcome from the beginning. The breakfast was super tasty with many varieties of both hot and cold dishes and deserts. The beds were big and comfortable, we all slept and rested every night we were there. Before booking the hotel, we read some complaints that 2h in spa is too little, but we found it was enough for the facilities that exist in the spa. We mostly used saunas, salt room and relax area and enjoyed a lot. The hotel has great location, but having the car is to best option to explore around - Brdo park, Kranj, Ljubljana... Everything is up to 30 min drive. We were skiing in Krvavec mountain every day and drive to the gondola every day, it took 15 min. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel!

Set in Bohinj, 700 metres from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj, Bohinj River House offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. A beautiful hotel, and the owners and the owner's friend who welcomed us were super nice, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is an eco hotel, has a very nice little spa, and smells wonderful everywhere. The breakfast is small but nice. You have everything you need. There could perhaps be a larger selection of muesli and bacon instead of the small sausages, but the owners made everything themselves. The scrambled eggs were so tasty. Our room was super clean, nicely furnished, and smelled wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony (at the back) was also nice. On the river side. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a smart TV on which you could watch Netflix and the so on. We loved it and will definitely be back!
