Receptionist changed the rooms to the higher floor facing the park when we asked about it. There were no tea kettles in the rooms but when we asked about them, they were immediately provided to us. Spa center is clean and well kept with nice smell ) non-smoking policy of the hotel makes it the best choice)

An excellent location for families with children. The hotel is on the slopes. You can rent all your ski equipment from the hotel. The food is very, very good, the rooms are very clean and modern, the beds are comfortable. The spa area is very well maintained and has many saunas and good. I recommend the hotel for a dream skiing vacation.

Located in the centre of the spa town of Arandjelovac, this luxurious 5-star hotel is next to Bukovicka Park. It features a large spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. An aqua park is also on site. Everything was great, spa and staff in particular.

Grey Hotel Kopaonik features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Kopaonik. This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Great location, good size room and very nicely decorated. The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. Food was of a high standard and very tastey. The view from the main restaurant/lobby bar was probably the best in the the area, especially sunset. Loved the fact the staff made an effort to help some small cute stray puppies. We will definitely stay again

Great place to stay, with an amazing host! We arrived at midnight, and Ivan was there to warmly welcome us and hand over the keys with genuine enthusiasm. The room was spacious, with a balcony, kitchen, and even a washing machine. We picked our breakfast the night before, and Ivan brought it right to our room at the time we chose. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a monitored parking area with camera, which was a huge plus. Ivan is honestly one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met. Great value for money, and we’d definitely come back!
