Beautiful hotel that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, with lovely rooms and a cosy restaurant area. The hot tubs overlooking the lake are great. The food was very good both at dinner and breakfast (we loved the happy marriage cake - the best we had in Iceland - and the homemade blueberry jam!)

We got a very nice little house with everything we needed. The view was outstanding and the parking lot was right next the house.

Not sure what other types of rooms are there, but ocean view is really worth it, it is breathtaking. Amazing modern, clean room, everything super comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best and most varied throughout our ring road trip. Really nice staff.

There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.... Even better than we expected. Very beautiful place, very nice host, self check-in, very clean and very good equipped room.

The Bank Sleeping Guesthouse in Neskaupstaður features a garden and a shared lounge. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. The building was unique, accommodations were very clean and the shared bathrooms and kitchen were great. Host/owner was very responsive and helpful. Great value overall- would stay again.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Vopnafjörður, Ásbrandsstadir Cottages is a holiday home surrounded by views of the lake. Thank you very much, dear Jon for all the help you offered, when my car got stuck in the snow. The hut was lovely and everything was perfect for me.
