The location and setting is truly amazing. A luxury paradise between the trees. The tents are very comfortable, and the restaurant has great food and drinks. But what really stood out is the service. Super helpful and very easy communication ahead of arrival and during the stay. And most importantly: when there was a misunderstanding about a reservation (for the spa) the staff did everything to find a solution for us. That is what sets good and excellent apart. We would have loved to stay a bit longer, and recommend the place to everyone.

The breakfast was amazing, huge variety to choose from, every staff member made you feel comfortable and made sure you are well taken care of and served upon. The staff in the entire hotel is friendly, from the concierge to the check-in to the cleaners. They made our stay memorable and we will certainly be back.

Room and breakfast were perfect. The position is very good, upon Pakuwon Mall which has supermarket, restaurants, shops and facilities. The stuff fulfilled all my requests. Recommended

Attractively located in the Genteng district of Surabaya, MORAZEN Surabaya is situated 700 metres from Sharp Bamboo Monument, 400 metres from Submarine Monument and 700 metres from Gubeng Train... Unbelievable value for money: the room was large, luxurious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is easily accessible from/to the main train station and airport.
