Manager greeted us on arrival and helped us with our bags. She arranged our room for us ahead of the official check-in time. She was exceptionally helpful with advice about the islands. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. The furniture in the room was modern and very functional in terms of storage. The bathroom features were nice.

The breakfast was very good, including for a 1.5 year boy. The rooms were clean and comfortable! Rania helped us with the taxi transfer and to rent a car easily.

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff was absolutely amazing, always checked how we are and if we needed something, everyone was ready to help immediately if we asked for something. The cleaning lady came every day, so the apartment stayed clean. Also, the building has an elevator and you don’t need to carry heavy luggage upstairs on your own.

Very friendly owners and an immaculately clean room. The swimming pool was surprisingly nice being located in the middle of the city, although I never had a chance to use it.

We had the most wonderful summer vacation at Mandraki Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The whole complex is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and designed with so much attention to detail. Everything was spotless, the rooms and facilities super clean, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. What stood out the most, however, was the hospitality of the staff. From day one, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I would especially like to thank the entire restaurant team — every single day they greeted us with big smiles and such warmth, making each meal a joy. In today’s fast-paced and often stressful world, this kind of positivity and kindness truly makes a difference. Thank you to everyone at Mandraki Hotel for making our stay extraordinary. We left with beautiful memories.

Beautiful sunrise every morning 🥰 Beautiful swimming pool and patio area. Vicky and Michael are extremely king caring and considerate. They both work very hard to maintain the property. Always willing to help. With great knowledge of the area. Amazing hikes and beaches. So much to see and do.

The property was perfect for our group. Evan, Ioannis, Maria and the crew were attentive without being invasive, and were there to help with anything at anytime. It’s a brilliant space for relaxing, pool is perfect size and depth, incredible view and comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast was also fantastic. Absolutely would go back and recommend to anyone.
