Great food and good location for exploring the Ardeche by car. The host was lovely and very helpful. We speak some french which helped. Air con was very good and needed as was so hot. Excellent dinner available on request - typical chambre d'hotes. Great base for getting out and about all day, maybe not if you want a lot of chill time there as quite small but perfect for our needs. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome too.

L'hôtel du Couvent provides rooms in Vagnas. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving French cuisine. Free WiFi is available. The hotel was absolutely brilliant in a beautiful setting. Special mention to the pool that is simply gigantic and the terrace in the patio of the convent that is the perfect setting for the evening dinner. Highly recommended

Central location in village ! The bedroom and ensuite were very good quality ! The food in the restaurant also ! Breakfast was provided as part of the deal! I was able to park my motorcycle in a locked garage for security! The cycleway using the old railway line was very close by too ! I will return !

My family and I had an amazing stay at the villa. Great location and close to the centerville/old town. Loved the organic and locally sourced products. Had the most beautiful breakfast that was delivered to our door in a basket. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
