Fantastic staff, spotlessly clean facilities , comfortable beds, homelike setting, quiet, steps to the train station and a great breakfast. What more to add other than the best stay during our 4 week trip to 4 different countries. Andy and his staff make you feel like family and ensure you are well taken care of. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave and could not find fault with anything. We would return and highly recommend.

The welcome you get in City Hotel Ochsen is what would make you come back ! The little things they do great - requesting a little jug of milk when you arrive late is no problem will deliver to your room , to showing you the map of Zug. Both the man and lady on reception are brilliant and should be commended , same with the owner whom I met one of the nights . Better than any of the more expensive hotels in Zug which I’ve stayed at ! I will be back ! Rooms are well laid out , clean and cosy with beautiful modern bathroom - a pleasure .

Only a 5-minute walk from the Zug Train Station, City Apartments is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet area with easy access to supermarkets, and 10 mins walk to the lake. The apartment is well equipped, highly recommended for long stays.
