Starting with the excellent location , which is directly in front of the Interlaken Ost train station. Regarding the cleanness , the hotel was very clean and it has daily room service . The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Good specious apartment. Great modern eminities, perfect for a group. Everything was upgraded in the apartment and quite amazing. The main feature is spectacular view. Simply the best. The hosts were quick and very helpful. They suggested all the nearby stores and restaurants. Plus the location is quite convenient. We loved our stay!
