It was so easy to get from one place to another because the trams all stopped a few steps away from our hotel. We had a problem with booking.com tbh, because they cancelled our booking while I was mid flight. I opened my phone to find out that our booking had been cancelled. I had to call the hotel to ensure that our booking was still secure because really, we had no where else to stay. I was so appreciative that they held on to our booking because they too were surprised about the sudden cancellation. The staff assisted us the entire time and were so gracious and pleasant to coordinate with. From this, to the check in, to the check out..everything was perfect. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Basel.

Situated in Basel and with Messe Basel reachable within 1.2 km, Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel features express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a living room, free WiFi throughout the... Breakfast, self-check-in and check-out, interior, they borrowed me a lock (super grateful). The biggest bonus was free public transport ticket. Very nice and cozy place.

Good location! just walk 7-8min to the train station and food supermarket . Big kitchen and living room, big bedroom with comfort bed. We stayed 32nights comfortable as our own home. Perfect communication with Marco, nice river view, well-equipped room (by the way, we were upgraded to a suite!). A possibility to get an early check-in and late check-out (it is a very simple process). Plus, some tasty snacks were left by the staff :).
