The staff were all very friendly and at dinner we had a lovely meal. I had the steak and my dad had the lamb tagine, both delicious and great quality and price for the pound conversion! We realised we had made an error with our second hotel and our overnight Mokoro trip and Mbaya, one of the Sedia staff, helped us get in contact with The Waterfront and organise our 3 day stay to accommodate our overnight Delta camping trip. He also organised us a pack breakfast as we were leaving early the next morning for our day out game drive into Moremi Park. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool. Sedia also allowed us to leave our suitcases with them when we went out to the park. They were also great with the airport pickup which we hadn't originally booked but managed to organise via another transport company at the airport who kindly called Sedia to inform them we wanted a pick up, they were there in 15 mins to pick us up. Would definitely recommend and it is so convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel for dinners, instead of taxis to restaurants. Thank you.

Featuring river views, The Waterfront, Maun features accommodation with patio, around 7.7 km from Nhabe Museum. With lake views, this accommodation offers a balcony and a swimming pool. Room was lovely and spacious overlooking the waterfront and had a great shower! Taxis were organised for us and very reliable. Staff were amazing, we had an issue with our trip to the okovango delta and the staff helped us rebook with another company last minute! Would definitely stay again!

Set on the banks of the Thamalakane River, Maun Lodge offers accommodation with an on-site restaurant. This property offers free WiFi and free airport shuttles. All staff provided excellent service, whether it was the porter, reception, main dining stewards, breakfast staff or excursion desk. Rooms were airconditioned, with excellent free wi-fi. Pool was a good size, clean and adequately shaded. Dining room and separate breakfast room were excellent, with a high quality, varied menu at quite reasonable cost, plus nightly specials.

Situated in Maun, 5.6 km from Nhabe Museum, Three Tree Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Great place! Spacious room with a warm shower, fridge, AC and comfy bed! The owner was very friendly as was all the staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fairly priced. It is easy to take a taxi on the side of the road from the hotel to anywhere in Maun if you don’t have your own vehicle. Highly recommend staying here.

It is a very, very beautiful tented room. It is very spacious and comfortable, and the outside shower is really cool. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. We would 100% stay there again.

Location was quite far away form most mall in silent lacoation. There was a really perfect manager who always took me to airport, city or for shopping by car, so location was not problem.

Our favorite new stay in Maun before & after visiting the delta. What a GEM! It is a beautiful lodge on the bank of the Boteti river, but even has beautiful views when the river is dry. The service is exceptional and feels 5*. The welcome at the reception is incredibly professional and welcoming. When we came back for the second time they were so happy they put us with a big smile at the bar with a cold drink, so they could make our (already clean and prepped) chalet even nicer with an elaborate flower and towel decoration on the bed. Chello and Kelly, the way you handle the reception and welcome at the lodge is like a warm bath! You two are amazing and it wouldn't be the same without you two & a shoutout to the ladies who make the rooms so gorgeous!!! Also the lodge manageress makes it a point to greet you individually which is also very appreciated at several points during your stay. It seems you have the same waiter in the restaurant throughout your stay (or at least we had , both visits) which is a nice touch.. All the rooms are separate cottages with thatched roofing and part mosquito gauze for airflow along the roof. Very clean, good beds, nice bathrooms and a shower with a ton of pressure. There are rooms with aircon and less river view (but still a nice view) and rooms with the best view but without aircon. I believe there are also family chalets or doubles and a wellness/spa/lounge area, but not sure. The food is great! Don't hesitate to stay here! Thank you from D&A
