I like that it is a very quiet area with a 7-11 nearby. The night during summer was peaceful. It has a nice big courtyard that people can hang out and chill. The toilets are clean and shower strong. Washing machine with washing powder for your use. Good air-conditioning and fan in the room. Both the owners are very helpful and welcoming.

Owner is very kind. Lobby has many people but they have great manner, so I have a comfortable stay. Capsule has auto-lock system. It's good for security.

The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Chiayi station. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful, including assisting with taxis or other transportation. The rooms, restaurant and public areas are spotlessly clean and modern. The wifi is good and there are a few Western tv channels including BBC News. The room had its own iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge and desk space. The balcony is a nice change from sealed-in rooms. The lobby has 24-hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. The coffee is the nicest I had in Taiwan! The ground floor also has free soft-serve ice cream! Breakfast is pretty extensive with plenty of Western and Taiwanese options. One of the best hotels we booked in Taiwan.

Hostess was so friendly and hospitable. I really enjoyed chatting with her and appreciated the suggestions she made for sightseeing around town. The room was very clean, had its own private bathroom and air conditioner. Breakfast was awesome and saved me a lot of time and effort in the morning. The location is easily accessible by bicycle and has laundry facilities on-site if you ask. It's right on the edge of town, nestled among farm fields but a stone throw away from restaurants and shops. Night markets and retail shops are within walking distance as well.

The hostel is in walking distance from the train station and bus station (routes to Alishan). I love their kitchen, you can cook or reheat. You can also enjoy piano in the dinning area. Have a balcony next to the dinning area. Simple breakfast. Rooms are neat and tidy. Provide hook, hangers. Have separate bathroom/toilet for female guest (with lock to provide more security) Easy check in and check out. Just one street far, there are street food stalls and supermarket.

Conveniently located aside from the main night market at Wenhua street. The room was spacious even for a large group. There is a dedicated lounge area and also storage area. Simple local-style breakfast provided. Convenient and there is a free bus service from the Chiayi HSR station (bus 7211) that brings you near the hotel at the start of Wenhua street.
