We had such a FANTASTIC stay at Cappadocia Elite Stone House. After a night bus, we arrived at the hotel very early in the morning. The owner/receptionist, Bayram, was very welcoming. He kindly proposed us a check-in before official time. He also gave us valuable information on possible activities in the area (without trying to hard sell anything). Throughout our stay, Bayram and his colleagues would always be available for any query we might have, showing great reactivity and professionalism. The hotel is extremely clean and charming. Our room was nice and spacious, with a high quality bed and amazing bathroom. The delicious breakfast every morning was the cherry on the cake : high quality products, including Turkish specialities, various types of cheese, vegetables, cooked meals, fresh desserts, etc. The cooks are two ladies who are very professional and positive. Although they don't speak so much English, we were glad to discuss a bit with them every morning. We will miss those moments! After 3 nights at the hotel, we went camping in the hills for the 4th night. We could let our big bags at the hotel and pick them up on the next day, thanks to Bayram who was once again proved to be easy going and flexible. We will highly recommend this place to our friends. The overall experience in the hotel was amazing. The owner Gokhan & all the staffs were really helpful. And the location was amazing. It was close to the Goreme city center with a lot of shopping & restaurants. And also the bonus point was the Sunset point in Goreme was also in walking distance from the accommodation.

Great views. Staff was very nice, so kind and helpful. Also they offered us transportation to and from bus station and booked us multiple tours we were very happy with. Rooms are big and clean, beds are comfortable. Good breakfast. 100% recommend.

Had a one night stay here - it was fantastic. Location wise, it is uphill, so you get to see Göreme from the top. Really nice and this is one of the hotels with real cave carving. It is only 7 minutes away to the city center (walking leisurely). Room was great, carved from stone, combined with modernized bathroom with full amenities. It is overall clean, and the insulation is great especially since we stayed at winter. Wifi was provided and it was decent. There is also a safe in the room. Service was great, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed here. They asked if we need help with tour or activities during our stay, and were very hospitable. Breakfast was good (middle eastern) - it actually has more breakfast spread options compared to some of the big hotel chains in istanbul. Overall it was a really delightful experience staying here - i'm so glad we chose this hotel.

The staff were excellent and super helpful and helped with everything, also the hotel itself is wonderfully located right in the town centre to suit all your needs and it's aesthetically pleasing on the eye with a lovely little courtyard with swimming pool and an even better roof terrace to view the fairy chimneys in the town centre and of course the hot air balloons. Highly recommended ❤️
