This was one of our best hotel stays in the Phillipines! Very nice facilities all around. The rooms were nice, clean, modern, and alot of thoughtful touches inside. Nice full length mirror, shelves and hangers for clothes, a good safe and a lockable drawer. Nice side lamp. Beds were comfy, nice pillows and blankets. We booked the garden view room and could see still the ocean from our balcony which was nice. The staff were great, got back quickly when we messaged them, provided helpful info, made sure we got dinner when we had a late arrival on our first night. Laundry was inexpensive and done the next day. It is a little bit out of the town center, but if you're getting a bike, they gave a great rate and it was only a short drive into town. The pool is nice, good chairs and umbrellas and good for swimming laps. Lots of area around the property to relax.

It exceeded my expectations—the room is very tidy. The only problem is the air conditioning; it's not as cold as we expected. Since we often check in at different hotels due to work, we’ve encountered the same issue here. Maybe you can have it fixed. The staff are great, the breakfast is worth it, and I love their free water. However, the pool is a little itchy—possibly because of construction dust from nearby construction work. Overall, the place is very accessible.

The food was amazing! We’ve been in the Philippines for a couple of weeks and it’s the best we’ve had. The staff are also really friendly the go above and beyond and have made us feel so welcome. The kids love the pool and all the superhero’s and animals!

I advice you this hotel for the amazing locatisation ! Maximum 5 minutes walk from the center, panagsama beach... It's an agreable place with really good staff, they are here for advicing you all the good activities to do here and can make you straight in contact with locals for doing it. The caretaker was incredibly kind to my family, going above and beyond to buy goods for our milkshake request. Breakfast is available, or you can cook and use their barbecue grill. The place felt like a peaceful and quiet family vacation home. The pool is beautiful, and my 7-year-old absolutely loved it!
