The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The sunrise can be nicely observed from the terrace and the food is also tasty. Definitely recommend, very good value for money.

The staff were excellent, especially Diwana who went out of his way to help. On a clear day the view is breathtaking, I very much doubt there is better. Rooms clean, very good size, & again spectacular views. It certainly is no 5*. However you get the impression it once was. Bit of a " hotel Budapest" if you have ever seen the film. However for service, & a view that will take your breath away, it is well worth it.

While it is a little farther from Durbar Square, the breathtaking architecture makes it well worth the visit. A lovely calm oasis . My room was comfortable, breakfast was really nice with plenty to choose from. The staff were helpful and courteous. I like the fact that any extra revenue from the hotel goes to helping the monks.
