I’ve been traveling in Sri Lanka for three weeks, and Crown Regency is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s not far from the bus station, with a market and supermarket nearby. The best part is you don’t need to worry about finding a restaurant—the rooftop restaurant’s food is incredibly delicious, and the breakfast is hearty. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and locals often dine there too. I even met some friendly locals at the restaurant who took me around Badulla. The hotel is in a quiet alley with stunning mountain views, beautiful in both rain and shine. The price is very affordable, yet the service feels like a five-star hotel. Vinishya, in particular, went out of her way to show me a wedding venue hosted at the hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable—I’d say cleaner than many four-star hotels. The air conditioning and fans work perfectly, and the hot water in the bathroom is reliable. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable, but I managed fine with my phone’s network. I originally planned to stay one night but ended up staying three. Thank you, Crown Regency, for providing such high-quality accommodation for travelers. This is my honest review.

Lovely place, everywhere was clean and the rooms were lovely and spacious. Very relaxed feel. The caretaker was very hospitable and attentive.

This is such a special place! This is a delightful, family run house with spectacular views in the jungle outside Ella. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as family. We were even invited to a party for our host, Chami's birthday! Nilu and Chami are a lovely, genuine couple, and their daughter, Shakty is such a charming, clever, funny child. The place is very comfortable and the food is delicious. I hope we can return to Nature Woodland some day. Thank you all for a wonderful stay 🙏

Great pool and view, the location is far away from the town but for us it was perfect to rest surrounded by nature, the staff is super friendly and attentive, they even did an upgrade for us to a room with a better view and we truly appreciate it.

This place is just fabulous.The views from your room down the valley are staggering and the room it self is very comfortable. The food is excellent and the staff are amazing. I cant wait to return.
