I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

We could not ask for a better place to stay while we were visiting Mount Fuji. The shed itself is a masterpiece and it is in a beautiful and quite area. Of course the '64 Shelby with no. 75 in the living room / garage is an absolute plus to the whole experience, but the favourite part of our stay was how our friendly host, Yoshi welcomed us and shared the whole story behind this amazing place. We hope to get back soon to visit again!

It was very nice to experience a Japanese style room with own private onsen on the balcony. The room and bathroom are very spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hotel is situated across the street from the lake and if you walk a bit you can have a great view of Mount Fuji. They offer free transfer from Kawaguchiko station between 15:00-19:00 ( untill 17:00 you can ask at Tourist information to call them, after that you have to call them yourself) and also in the morning till 10:00 or 11:00 (i don't remember exactly as we didn't use it, we took the bus later). There are public baths but we didn't use them as we had our own private one.

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Fujikawaguchiko, Fuji View Hotel is a ryokan surrounded by views of the garden.

Excellent breakfast with a view to Mt. Fuji 🤗 Excellent kaiseki dinner impressed so much! Onsen hot spring bathing facilities very good! Room size is excellent with a resting corner and with a view to Mt. Fuji. Yukata was so nice to wear.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.

Great location in a quiet area. Clean and spacious place for a big family. There were 3 Japanese style rooms on the 2nd floor. We loved the private car parking spot next to the house. The kitchen and the washing machine worked well. There were umbrellas for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
