It's nearby the train station. The have a free shuttle that takes you from and to the hotel. If you don't have to call them, just go to the information center and they will call them to get you. We stayed at the japanese style room. The futon was comfortable. It had a great view of the lake. The breakfast has a lot of optiona and it is delicious. The offer a special dinner that is amazing. The private onsen was clean. The staff is very kind and they alway have at least one that speak english.

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

We could not ask for a better place to stay while we were visiting Mount Fuji. The shed itself is a masterpiece and it is in a beautiful and quite area. Of course the '64 Shelby with no. 75 in the living room / garage is an absolute plus to the whole experience, but the favourite part of our stay was how our friendly host, Yoshi welcomed us and shared the whole story behind this amazing place. We hope to get back soon to visit again!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They sent shuttle to pick us up. They also gave us good advice in around. The food was amazing and the portion was huge. The taste of food is good as well. We can see mt Fuji from our room on 2nd day of stay and it was amazing experience. We booked the room with half board. The value is great!! and If there is a chance to come back to this hotel again.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.
